1. Refund Policy

You can exercise the right to return an task and opt for refund within 30 after day of receipt but with a Condition that task is not being started by our team members.

2. Cancel and Return Policy

Customer shall notify Profsindia of any cancellation or intent to reschedule by contacting via mail or Support center. In the event Customer notifies Profsndia of its intent to cancel or reschedule a registrant's attendance at Profsindia less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date training is scheduled to begin, Customer shall be rescheduled for the next available regularly scheduled session. Advicent Solutions reserves the right to assess a penalty for Customers that repeatedly cancel within the twenty-four (24) hour cancellation window.If a user later on realize to cancel the task of his query, he may cancel it and can take refund within 3 working days with a condition that work is not performed by our team till that time. In case no progress is performed on task, the user will be refunded fully.

 

3. Ship & Delivery Policy

Only Digital Mode of Communication is followed by our team members. Communication will be made via mails, calls, and postage.
 

4. Shopping Flow Policy

User can contact us at our support center for any query. if a user wants to execute his task on immediate basis, he may Contact us at mail or support Center.
